Muslima Discussion Toolkit: Who are Muslim Women?

This discussion toolkit was designed as a companion piece to the Muslima: Muslim Women’s Art & Voices exhibition presented by IMOW. The exhibition and toolkit allowed students greater insight into Muslim women around the globe. They offered a more accurate alternative to negative stereotypes and prejudices about Muslim women.

Muslima: Muslim Women’s Art & Voices was a global online exhibition from the International Museum of Women. Major funding for the project was provided by the MetLife Foundation and by Museums Connect℠, made possible by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and administered by the American Alliance of Museums.
